Epic and majestic, with moments of heartbreaking intimacy, Titanic captures the triumph and tragedy of the hopeful passengers on the ill-fated Ship of Dreams.
Different from the 1997 film, TITANIC the musical follows a more historic narrative of actual people who traveled over the Atlantic on the Titanic!

Meet the Cast

ANNE ALEXANDER (3rd Class Passenger, Waitstaff)
Anne is thrilled to be making her PoiemArtistry debut as part of the ensemble. She loves dancing and is excited to share the stage with such a talented cast and crew!

STEPHEN ALEXANDER (Frederick Barrett)
Stephen is performing in his 4th PoiemArtistry production! His credits include Fiddler on the Roof, It’s a Wonderful Life (George Bailey), and Newsies (Jack Kelly). He attended University of the Nations, where he received a certifi cate in Audio Production. Stephen led music discipleship schools where he taught vocal performance, music theory and audio production. He enjoys vocal performance and won best vocal performance at Wakefi eld High School in 2007-2008. Stephen performed in Amahl’s and The Night Visitors at Meredith College in 2009. He is a full time Worship Pastor at Newpath Church in Raleigh.

LANDON BETTS (Jim Farrell)
Landon is so excited to be playing the role of “Jim Farrell”! Having the opportunity to learn more about Jim, his life, and his time aboard the Titanic has been an absolute privilege. Landon joined Poiema a little over five years ago. Some of the things Landon loves to do apart from theater would include spending time with his heavenly Father, going to the “theater” to see films, being active, reading, and always learning! He would like to thank the Lord for drawing him to Poiema. Landon has made lifelong friends and family that he is incredibly thankful for and he has learned so much through the arts. He is so excited to be a part of this cast and cannot wait for everyone to see this wonderful show.

EMMITT BIGHAM (Bellboy, 3rd Class Passenger)
Emmitt is excited to return to the Poiema stage, after being previously seen as “Jojo” in Newsies! He has been doing theater for 7 years and has done a multitude of different plays and musicals. God has really helped Emmitt grow in his faith with musicals like Godspell, and has shown him different ways of praise to him. Emmitt hopes you enjoy the show!

MADELYN BIGHAM (Kate Murphey)
Madelyn is performing in her third show with Poeima Arts, and she is so excited to share this show with you! Past Poiema credits include Fiddler on the Roof (Tzeitel/Grandma Tzeitel) and Newsies (Ensemble). Other past credits include Bye Bye Birdie (Temple Theatre Company), Treasure Island (Apex Peak Players), Seussical the Musical (Temple Theatre Company), Oh, Kay (White Iris Light Opera), and Seussical the Musical (Apex Peak Players). Maddie is also a Temple Teen Ensemble Alum. She would like to thank her directors, Mr. Green and Chelsae, for this wonderful opportunity, as well as her family for their support. Maddie is a Junior at East Carolina University. After graduation, she plans to get her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and become a Pediatric Neuropsychologist.

JASON BONILLA (Benjamin Guggenheim)
Jason has been a dedicated member of Poiema for the past two years, bringing passion and authenticity to the stage. During his time with the company, he has performed in productions such as It’s a Wonderful Life and Newsies, showcasing versatility and commitment to storytelling. Jason continues to grow as a performer, striving to connect with audiences through meaningful and engaging performances.

FELICITY BROWN (2nd Class Passenger, 3rd Class Passenger, Waitstaff)
Felicity is excited to be performing in her second show, Titanic. She has loved singing for as long as she can remember and uses her ability to help lead music in various worship settings. For fun, she participates in a local dancing group that hosts Informal and Formal English Country Dances. She has acted in some small productions and is looking forward to growing in her skills with the Poiema family.

SERENITY BROWN (3rd Class Passenger, Waitstaff)
Serenity is thrilled to be joining the Titanic cast for her second show! She has enjoyed every part of it and is blown away by how much growth God has brought from it. She is finishing tenth grade, and looking forward to what the future may hold for her in the arts. Serenity enjoys leading others in worship, especially young children. She would like to thank everyone who has inspired and encouraged her to stretch beyond her comfort zone to give everything her all.

CALEB BURNETT (Frederick Fleet/Waitstaff/3rd Class Passenger)
Caleb is excited to be returning to Poiema Arts since his last performances in Newsies and White Christmas. He has previously participated in various musical productions, including The Christmas Play and A DIY Christmas. He has also participated on the worship team at Bethel City Church. With a passion for using his gifts to glorify God, Caleb is eager to continue developing his talent in theater and collaborate with other young artists. He thanks his parents, siblings, and the Poiema Arts team for giving him the opportunity to grow and learn under their exceptional leadership.

LEILA BURNETT (Madame Aubert)
Leila is excited to be returning to Poiema Arts since her last performances in White Christmas. She has previously participated in various musical productions, including The Christmas Play, A DIY Christmas, and has been a dedicated member of the worship team at Bethel City Church for the past several years. Leila loves to incorporate her relationship with Jesus into everything that she does and feels that Poiema Arts is the perfect environment to grow in the arts and her faith. She thanks her parents and siblings for supporting her participation as well as the amazing team at Poiema who encourage her to grow.

ROBERT CLINTON (Captain E. J. Smith)
Robert is thrilled to come aboard Titanic, making his debut with Poeima Productions. Recent credits include Jekyll & Hyde at Theatre of the Republic and the Threshold Arts production of White Rabbit Red Rabbit, presented at Burning Coal Theatre Company. Robert sings with the Wilmington Choral Society. Outside the theatre he is a North Carolina physician who also serves as a ringside physician for premier MMA and boxing events. He is the founder of Threshold Arts and thanks Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior, and his children for their constant inspiration.

MALLORY CUNNINGHAM (Eleanor Widener)
Mallory is delighted to return to the stage with PoiemArtistry after previously appearing in their production of White Christmas (2022). After performing throughout middle and high school in shows like Bye, Bye Birdie (Ensemble), Grease (Pink Lady), and Fame (Mrs. Schwartz), Mallory took a long break from theater and is especially grateful to be back on stage as an adult—particularly within such a supportive community as Poiema. The story of the Titanic and the beautiful souls aboard has always deeply moved her, making this production especially meaningful. Mallory is grateful for the opportunity to help honor their memory through this powerful show and is thankful to share the stage once again with the Poiema community.

PATSY DAY (2nd Class Passenger/Waitstaff)
Patsy is excited to be performing in her first show with Poiema, and her first musical! Past credits include “Truvy” in Steel Magnolias. She would like to thank her family and friends for their support in this new adventure! O-H-I-O

MICHAEL DIAL (J. Bruce Ismay)
Michael is performing in his 8th production with PoiemArtistry and his second time playing “Bruce Ismay”. His PA stage credits include: The Great Day (Vocal Soloist), Similitude: The Great Adventure Begins (Faithful), Seussical the Musical (General Genghis Khan Schmitz/Wickersham Brother), Titanic (J. Bruce Ismay), and Singin’ in the Rain (RF Simpson), White Christmas (General Waverly), The Miracle Worker (Stage Manager), Fiddler on the Roof (Motel), and It’s a Wonderful Life (Uncle Billy). He would like to thank his family for supporting him in everything he does, and his amazing voice teacher, Mrs. Lori Tomalonis, for stretching him vocally and believing in him.

GIDEON EDWARDS (Charles Clarke)
Gideon an aspiring singer, grew up listening to musicals such as Newsies, Phantom of the Opera, and Les Miserables among others. He had the honor of being part of Poiema’s Newsies as his first show followed by White Christmas. Praise God for the family he has given within Poiema!

SUSANNA FAGGION (Caroline Neville/Madelaine Astor)
Susanna is so excited to be a part of her second show with Poiema! She has had the privilege of being in White Christmas with Poiema along with performing at North Raleigh Arts and Creative Theater and Theater Raleigh Act! She would like to thank the directing staff of Titanic, friends, and family for being so supportive and loving over this show's journey!

LOUISE FARMER (1st Class Passenger)
Louise is delighted to be in Titanic the Musical again, one of the outstanding musicals of all time. This is her fifth production with Poiema, but she was recently in Cary players production of The Trip to Bountiful. Thanks be to God (and the Green’s) for this wonderful opportunity.

DEREK FITZPATRICK-JOLLY (John B. Thayer)
Derek is making his PoiemArtistry debut and is excited—and slightly surprised—to be returning to the stage for the first time in 25 years. A former teacher who now works as an engineering manager, he is a proud husband and father who enjoys serving as a high school small group leader in student ministry. Derek is grateful for the chance to be part of this wonderful cast and to bring this powerful story to life on stage. He would especially like to thank his family, students, and the entire Richland Creek Church community for their love and support.

OLIVIA FITZPATRICK-JOLLY (2nd Class Passenger/3rd Class Passenger/Waitstaff)
Olivia is proud to be making her debut with Poiema Arts in Titanic. Olivia has been a part of North Raleigh Christian Academy’s Anastasia, Our Town, and My Fair Lady as “ensemble”. She would like to thank her family and Mr. Green for the opportunity to be a part of this amazing show!

KRISTIN FORD (Marion Thayer)
Kristin is thrilled to be making her debut with Poiema Arts and returning to the stage after 20 years! She has previously appeared in My Fair Lady, The Phantom of the Opera, Crazy for You, Anything Goes, Lilies of the Field, Alice in Wonderland, The Secret Garden, The Adventures of Huck Finn, and The Monkey’s Paw among many other plays and performance pieces. Kristin is incredibly thankful to be part of this amazing company and cast. She would like to thank her wonderful husband, Patrick, for his unwavering support, as well as her children – Eli, Ruby, Henry and Sam.

CAROLINE GOSSETT (2nd Class Passenger/3rd Class Passenger/Waitstaff)
Caroline is very excited to be performing in Titanic as a member of the ensemble. After performing in It’s A Wonderful Life, Fiddler On The Roof, and White Christmas (three times), this is her sixth show with Poiema Arts. She has also enjoyed being a part of the Broadway and Contemporary dance classes with Studio Poiema. She is a 9th grade homeschooler who enjoys golf cart driving, singing, dancing, writing, drawing, reading, and caring for her two cats, dog, and 12 chickens.

CHELSAE GREEN (Kate McGowan)
Chelsae is honored to be part of PoiemArtistry and Poiema Arts, Inc. She has a B.A. in Dance Studies from Meredith College. For seven years, she was the Dance Director and Choreographer at North Raleigh Christian Academy. Some of her favorite and most memorable shows to produce and choreograph have been Phantom of the Opera, West Side Story, Secret Garden, Mary Poppins, Titanic, Fiddler on the Roof, and Newsies. Chelsae and her family owned and operated a performing arts studio for 13 years before opening Poiema Arts in 2019. She has instructed hundreds of students in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, contemporary, and musical theater. Chelsae is an ABT® Certified Instructor and has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive, Pre- Primary through Level 7, and Partnering of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. Recently, she performed in Poiema’s productions of Fiddler on the Roof (Tzietel/Grandmother Tzeitel), Newsies, and You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Lucy). She currently serves as a member of the Poiema Arts Board of Directors and Associate Director/Choreographer for PoiemArtistry. Chelsae would like to thank the entire cast and crew for their dedication and making the Poiema vision a reality! Acts 20:24

ISAAC GREEN (Thomas Andrews)
Isaac has been around theater since he was 4 years old and has been active in theater since he was 11 years – acting, dancing, singing, and directing. Isaac is an accomplished tap dancer and enjoys all styles of dance. He has been a part of over 12+ musicals including Pirates of Penzance (Frederick), Godspell (Jesus), Pride and Prejudice (Mr. Bingley), West Side Story, The Nutcracker Ballet, White Christmas, Similitude: The Great Adventure Begins (Worldly Wiseman), Seussical the Musical (The Cat in the Hat), Titanic (Thomas Andrews), Singin’ in the Rain (Don Lockwood), White Christmas 2022 & 2023 (Phil Davis), The Secret Garden (Dr. Neville Craven), You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Charlie Brown) and Newsies (Davey). He has also had extensive training in stage flight operation, design, and directing. Isaac is thankful for the opportunity to work and perform with the cast and crew of PoiemArtistry!

LYNDSAE GREEN (3rd Class Passenger/The DaMicos)
Lyndsae serves as a founding member and the Associate Dance Director and Choreographer for PoiemArtistry. Lyndsae has been involved in dance and theater since she was 13. She has appeared in many stage productions including White Christmas, The Wiz, The Great Day, Seussical the Musical, The Nutcracker Ballet, Titanic, Fiddler on the Roof, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and Newsies. As an accomplished dancer, Lyndsae performs and has instructed classes in tap, jazz, ballet, hiphop, and modern dance styles. She graduated from the Wake Technical Institute Culinary and Baking School in 2015 and works at local bakery, Edible Art. Lyndsae also owns her own baking and photography businesses which keep her very busy especially during wedding season. She is incredibly honored to work with Poiema and is eager to see how the Lord will use the company to impact His Kingdom!

MICHAEL GREEN (Isidor Straus)
Michael hails from the land of the Buckeyes – Ohio. He graduated from Central Bible College in 1984 and has studied theater, mime, and dance for nearly 45 years. Prior to directing theater, he and his wife served in pastoral ministry for over 20 years in Columbus, Ohio as well as Raleigh, North Carolina. From 2001 - 2018, Michael served on the staff of North Raleigh Christian Academy as the Director of Fine Arts, directing an award-winning theater program. The NRCA Squire Theater was one of the first private schools in the nation to produce Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera and Disney’s Mary Poppins. Over the past 30 years, Michael has directed over 65 plays and musicals while helping to begin several local dance and theater groups. He is excited about this current phase of God’s journey as he, his family, and the Board of Directors for Poiema Arts, Inc. continue to build both a regional school for the arts, Poiema Arts Conservatory, and a professional performing arts company, PoiemArtistry, that will expand God’s Kingdom to the nations.
